TRES SABINAS is located close to the beach of Cala Vadella and because of the hillside location it offers a beautiful view of the sea. Despite that you can reach the beach within 4 minutes walking.

The villa has 3 levels and offers 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (2 en suite), a large living and dining area with a fully equipped American kitchen and can accommodate up to 10 people. Each level of the house has a private terrace that can be walked-on by each bedroom.

TRES SABINAS is built of quality materials and equipped with modern furniture. All rooms have air conditioning. The villa is equipped with an alarm system.

In the spaciously outdoor area you'll find beside of a large pool and a large sun terrace also a covered dining area and a separate barbecue area.
