There are many different ways to visit the spectacular VEDRA Island.
There are many excursion boats leaving from San Antonio and Ibiza for the magic island, but it's possible to enjoy the magnificent view on a privately organized boat trip, too.
If you like individual tours, where you help carrying the food supply on board feeling well in a limited space near to the sea and feeling the waves under your feet, this may be an interesting alternative to the usual crowded touristic trips.
There is no fixed schedule as it shall be organized on request. So it's always possible to join this excursion during your holiday.
- If you are interested we'd recommend to get registered for the trip on the contact form at our web site. -
An example for a four to five-hours boat trip:
We are leaving Cala Vadella sailing to the north east and pass Cala Moli, Cala Tarida, Cala Coral to Cala Codolar, where we enter the pirates cave.
Then the trip continues to the Islands of Espart and Den Bosc passing Cala Comte up to the archipelago of the Island Conillera.
Here we cast anchor for about an hour to enjoy a bath in the turquoise coloured sea, just 7 to 10 feet deep for swimming and snorkeling.
Then the boat sails on southward passing by Cala Vadella to visit the magic island of ES VEDRA in front of Cala d'Hort and the nearby smaller island of ES VEDRANELL.
Weather permitting we can draw very close to the huge rock and not only watch the goats, but also LAY OUR HANDS ON THE MOUNTAIN.
On the end we'll visit the famous place of ATLANTIS. Up on a steep cliff 1000 feet high above the sea there's the famous pirate tower constructed with the rocks cut out at ATLANTIS creating an artificial pool. This place invites for another marvelous swim before we sail back to Cala Vadella.
