Because even in the WINTER MONTHS you can enjoy the sunshine outside and then relax in a cozy warm house, thanks to floor heating & fireplace on the sofa while overlooking the sea.

In the summer months you can more than just feel good in this HOUSE. Each floor has a terrace with sea views, all bedrooms have AIR CONDITIONING and the large POOL, which is only used by the 3 houses on the common plot, may let appear the way to the beach, which is only 4 minutes away, to be as too long.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, a small guest toilet, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with adjoining terrace and access to the community pool. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with own access to the upper terrace and a bathroom.
