In the CALA VADELLA you will certainly not find the famous nightlife and legendary beach parties, as it is presented to you in a standard guide about IBIZA or on the internet. The bay of Cala Vadella, situated on the beautiful west coast of Ibiza is idyllic. A small bay suitable for families. With superb restaurants situated at the edge of the beach.

The beach Lit at night, enables you to sit with a glass of wine, soak up the magical atmosphere whilst watching the small boats come in to the bay looking for a place to spend the night.

The - for the present time - classic "all inclusive" hotels and resorts you will not find in the CALA VADELLA. Next to the hotel "Apartmentos del Puerto Cala Vadella" right on the beach and the family friendly resort "Aquarium Club" above the beach there is the holiday / residential complex "Cala Vadella Pueblo" and the residential complex "Club Vistamar".

Our neighboring bays "Cala Carbó" and "Cala D'Hort" (with a view to "ES VEDRA") are just a short drive away and offer a spectacular seaview. From November to March you can enjoy spectacular sunsets almost alone on the beach. In the summer months there are no direct sunsets, but a magnificent red evening sky. And on a clear day, one can see the mountains on the mainland. Even without a car you can reach these bays on designated hiking and biking routes that lead through a magnificent fauna and flora. For walking and cycling unwilling it is safest to use the designated roads, instead of taking the back roads which often end up at a house or fenced plot.

As usual on an island, there are many places best visited by boat. In Cala Vadella you will not find the large excursion boats. From time to time there are privately organized boat trips. (for more details have a look at the category Boat trips).
